I remember Papa Celestin and George Lewis playing at a place on Bourbon St
called the Paddock Lounge. I believe this was in the 50's. I was playing
over in Point Clear Alabama at the time, and only made a few weekend drives
into New Orleans. I suspect the broadcasts were probably from the Paddock.
I don't recall Papa Celestin ever playing the Blue Room.
