Dear Pat,
Thank you for joining the thread.
I hoped you would.
I had forgotten about the Blue Room at the Roosevelt Hotel.
A bit of trivia: The famous Bob Crosby band played there in late 1936-early
1937, which was a great homecoming week for Eddie Miller, Nappy Lamare and Ray
Bauduc. This was well before New Orleansian Irving Fazola had joined the band.
