Ah, that makes me feel a little better about this matter. If such a law were
to hit the statute book it would be totally unenforceable unless the police
recruited the entire population of the UK as informers. Thatcher tried and
failed (and consequently lost her job too) with her misconceived poll tax
which was doomed for much the same reason. It ain't gonna happen chaps, even
politicians cannot be that blind to common sense.
