[Dixielandjazz] Info, Please

Hello, everyone!

I'm new to this mailing list and new to the Coachella Valley in 
California.  I'm also relatively new to playing the cornet.  It has 
been 15 months since I picked it up and began learning trad music. 
I've been a singer for many years, though, so I know a little about 
music.  I'm looking for people with whom to jam - who don't mind this 
novice horn player in their midst.  I live in Palm Desert and am 
willing to trek to jam.
