NOTE NEW LOCATION AND TIME!
This Sunday(12/21/03) Jazz Forum meets 1 to 5 PM at the Moose Lodge, 1600 
Ocean Park Blvd., Santa Monica, CA.  The feature this month is Patti Kelly and 
her Men of Note, a wonderful singer accompanied by five wonderful musicians.  
This month you are urged to bring an unwrapped toy for donation to a needy child.

 Other sets are for sit-in musicians.   Admission $8, members $6,  performing 
musicians free. There is dancing and a full bar with reasonable drink prices
