It's easy to speculate about such things if you are not knowledgeable of the
situation.
Usually the patient calls the dentist at home on the day the dentist doesn't
have office hours.
The reason for this............in almost every case, is that either the
patient has not been responsible enough to have the tooth looked at when the
problem was first noticed...........or he comes in on a Saturday because he doesn't
want to take off work to come in during office hours.
If a dentist gets the reputation that he will come into his office on
saturday, at will, his saturdays are soon never his own.
As I say.........it's easy to speculate.
