After a careful perusal of the text, I have come to the conclusion that 
there are corollaries to this conclusion. Namely, if "Art" is what I choose 
to call "Art" then "Not art" is what I choose to call "Not art."

Therefore, If you present to me something which you call "Art" and I 
respond, "That is Not art" then it is, ipso facto, Not art.
