I enjoyed that. How true too.

I also enjoyed Bill Gunters question about `ia a sunset ART?` To which a
resounding answer came. NO!
But the next progression is. `Is a photogragh of a sunset ART?
The answer here is not quite so cut and dried and may rate a `Possibly!`
The next step is `Is a painting of a sunset ART?`
Answer `Yes`.
Leaving aside the splithair question of whether it is a good painting or
not, and in whose opinion.

So it would seem that the changeover point between Art and NONART is the
input of a human being
That leaves us with `rap` being ART. But pictures of cans of beans are
considered ART so perhaps `rap` is merely the musical equivalent.
