There are 28 sides by Ciro's Club Coon Orch.
20 of them are available on the following CDs:

Too Late, Too Late No. 12. Document DOCD 5659 
I have DOCD 5659 and have tossed up about the getting the others, but keep
holding back.
It is string ragtime, not jazz.
