Once in a while, I get pleasantly surprised when I visit my post office box.
Today was such a day.  I received three excellent CDs from the Summit Ridge
Jazz Band from Colorado.   I can't recall requesting these CDs or having any
contact with this outstanding group of musicians.  Is their leader, Bob
Craven, on this list?  His name is the only one I seem to recognize in the
band.

Bob, if you're out there, drop me a note.  If someone else sent me these
CDs, please get in touch with me so I can express my profound thank you.  I
strongly recommend their "Live" album which starts by juxtapositioning
Orange Blossom Special with Old Folks.  A wide range of musical expression
is contained here, beautifully executed and loads of fun.

Wish I traveled around and did festivals like lots of you guys and gals.
I'm beginning to realize there are THOUSANDS of great musicians out there
that I've never met or heard before.
