[Dixielandjazz] I's so domestic!

Good thing there are not many gigs around No. Michigan right now. I have
become chief cook, bottlewasher, shopper, dishwasher, nurses aid, and
general factorium around our humble abode. My bonny bride Jean slipped on
the ice two weeks ago - broke her ankle, had to have surgery to repair it
and now she is doing the Michigan one-hop instead of the Texas two-step. So
I am getting to be SOOO domestic!
It is okay -- as a musicians wife, and a road bunny to boot for 48 years --
she had done more than enough for me without complaint -- more than any wife
should have to do -- and never complained. So I am not either.
It is costing me my traditional trout season opening camp, but there's still
enough fishing to do in Michigan that I won't be left out before the year
ends.
Anyhow, Happy Easter to all, a peaceful Passover to our Jewish brethren.
Sorry for the atheists...you don't have any holidays! Share ours and
welcome.
Slainte,
Don Ingle
