[Dixielandjazz] Jazzette LP

I need information about the Jazzette LP 1003 "A World of Jazz and Sentiment". There is a tune "The Old South Wails" by "Bill Bacin and the New Orleans Jazz Club of California Midnight Six". There is no information about personnel except Bill Bacin voc and Alton Purnell piano. Can anybody help me with the other musicians and date / place of recording?
