[Dixielandjazz] Jazzy non-typicals

Here's a little thinking cap thread.
Sometimes some non-typical horns, reeds or other instruments are used in
jazz recordings. I do not mean
used in non-jazz arena, but in what is obviously a straight ahead jazz
number. I will cite a few examples. Then you guys and gals add in yours and
let's see where this leads us.
Dick Cary, "peck horn" (E flat alto horn) with Hackett
Vic Berton on Bix number on Tympani.
Johnny Guinari (sp?) on Celeste with Gramercy Five
Red McKenzie and Tony Spargo on kazoos.
Dick Cunliffe on tin whistle solos with early TedWeems band (which swung
pretty damn good).
Okay, your turn. Remember, playing jazz for jazz' sake, not some purely
novelty turn.
