Will,
They've shoved EVERY JOB out of the country except for fast food, low-wage
jobs. Even live music--or have you missed kareaoke (i can't even spell it I
hate it so much--the vocal version of line dancing!)

Nancy & Co .. . .
Your adventure with telephone company information probably stems from
the fact that the information operators are now in India and Pakistan,
where it costs $12/hour to support a work station vice $30 plus per hour
for such operations in the U.S.
There used to was a Johnny Paychek song called "Take This Job and Shove
It". Well, greedy American businessmen - the same kind of cowpiles who
sell our precious technology to anyone without regard to national
security, and who should be lynched - have shoved the information job
out of the country.
Kindly,
Will Connelly, Gruntled Republican Bandleader
