[Dixielandjazz] Backup XP system

This is kinda OKOM related because I do not want to lose all my music files
if a disaster occurs.

How do I carry out a full system backup on my Windows XP computer? On my
previous machine there was a button to click and bingo - the job was done.
No such button with XP however, and I cannot figure out how to do it.

Please lighten my darkness.
