[Dixielandjazz] outlandish requests

I was once playing a gig where a friend asked the waitress to send a drink
up to the trombone player (me). The waitress said that she would but then
asked which one was the trombone. The gaps in American education never
cease to amaze me.

Oh, I don't think I have ever heard or heard of Chris Cross.
