This is interesting. Steve Barbone said :

Put not your faith in fake books Steve, many are littered with errors. I
might be exposing myself to snipers here, but I cannot think of a spot in
After You've Gone (in Bb) where Em would be appropriate. Exactly where does
this chord appear?
