Cat Anderson was with Ice Capades for a season as they were doing a =
tribute to Duke Ellington. He played the high note parts but Byron =
Lingenfelter or I played the lead. His mouth piece, you couldn't put a =
dime in it. He kept the mouth piece under his coat while waiting his =
turn. His mouth piece made it impossible for him to play much below A at =
the top of the staff.
