If you isn't a criminal or a mental case, you can carry once you pass the
tests. Actually there are now 34 right-to-carry states. Times may be
changing back...(discounting, of course, the Peoples Republic of
California). Old Roy would have been proud!. (Red Ryder maybe not -- Little
Beaver (Robt. Blake) got him in deep buffalo chips.
