[Dixielandjazz] LA Area Jazz Meet 11/17/02

This Sunday (11/17/02) Jazz Forum meets 1 to 5 PM at the Elks Lodge, 1040 
Pico Blvd., Santa Monica, CA.  The feature this month is the Yve Evans Trio.  
Ms. Evans choice of material, saucy delivery and innate ability  as an 
entertainer makes her performance thououghly enjoyable, and she is joined by 
the high spirited and humorous basist Bradley Austin Bobo with the great 
rhythms of Larry Washington. 
 Other sets are for sit-in musicians.   Admission $8, members $6,  performing 
musicians free. There is a nice dance floor at the side of the room, The 
lovely lady Elks have good food available, and there is a full bar with
