[Dixielandjazz] whistling

Dear friends,
I get all kinds of 'odd' requests.
The latest is to compile a list of  (hopefully available) recordings of popular
whistlers from the Ragtime era through to the 1940s.
Names which spring to mind are Elmo Tanner (with Ted Weems), Bing Crosby,
Brother Bones (Freeman Davis), Whistling Jack Smith, Whistling Alex Moore, 
Whistler & His Jug Band, Whistlin Rufus (Bridey).
Details of tune titles/records involved would help.
