I have two so far unsolved questions that discerning listees may be able =
to help with.............
It is said that in the mid 1950s Kid Howard played with the Kid Ory band =
in Los Angeles for at least one week and that a broadcast of this line =
up was taped. Can anyone confirm that Howard did in fact do this gig and =
- can anyone confirm the existence of the tape?
In an interview with trombonist Wendell Eugene he claims that he joined =
the Kid Howard band for a record date at some point. I believe this =
session was issued on an LP and Barry Martyn says that he thinks that =
had it at one time. Can anyone confirm the personnel of the date, the =
date itself, the tracks, label and full personnel please?=20
