[Dixielandjazz] John Norris Rest in Peace

Dear Listmates:

My dear friend John Norris of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away Friday night at about 9:30.

I received the news of his passing this morning.

He was a great man, a marvelous musician, and a cherished friend.

His daughter-in-law Marilyn, who sent me the news, said he is probably playing up a storm 
in heaven.  I have no doubts he is doing just that.

Keep jazzin' forever, John!
