The lyrics to "Cottage for Sale" are among the most poignant ever written.
I had a hard time getting Judi K to sing this song. She said that it was too
sad. The definitive recording of this is by Judy Garland from a live
performance. Man, it is powerful. If you've not heard it Charlie I'll play
it for you when you come over.
