I assume that is Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
I could say I am from Baldwin, USA, but then there is more than just one
Baldwin in the USA. Is Victoria the only one?
On the other hand, the late Spiegle Willcox used to send me letters wit the
return address just Spiegle and the Zip Code. They always got through. Talk
about big frog in small town (Cincinnatus, NY).
Frugal, eh?
