Dear Charlie,
Although Art came to Oz in 1985, I guess he did not know that I had a copy of
the book.
Mine is intact, complete with birth date.
14 Nov 1904, the same as given in John Chilton's "Who's Who of Jazz" and
Feather's 'Encyclopedia'.
