If this Southerner can make a comment about the haggis. Its great! Get on with it!. Unfortunately none of the eating instructions given on the list have included the most important one. Take a liberal dose of whisky and pour it on the haggis before eating . It makes a bonny gravy. Dont waste single malt on this . Keep it for later. Cheers, Hic Pat
