Oh no its not! Oh yes it is!. 

Sorry ., I forgot that American culture does not include pantomime. The Brits 
will understand.

To the point. Time is certainly not wasted making Jazz, or MAKING anything. 
Shovelling pebbles up the side of a bell tent in Colchester is a waste of 
time. For the Yanks, Colchester is a Brit Army punishment camp.
