I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Tommy Yetta died yesterday morning. The funeral will be a Schoen's on Canal Street in New Orleans at 1:00 PM Saturday. I have no further details. Tommy played recently at the Bix Festival in Davenport, Iowa. Tommy had also played with the Bayou Liberty Jazz Band in Slidell, LA. Pat Cooke New Orleans
