Hi,
I think the song you are looking for is `My Sister and I`

My sister and I recall the thrill
of an old Dutch river
By an old Dutch mill
 also
My sister and I recall the day
 something something
And sailed away
something something de dah de dah
But we don`t talk about that

Even this truncated bit may not be accurate. It was a long time ago, just
after the Germans had bombed Rotterdam and occupied Holland. I must have been
about 9 or 10. England had many refugees from the Continent at that time but
we have always had a sort of fellow feeling for the Dutch in particular and
this song touched a response and was quite popular for a short period.

Cheers
