Thanks to all who offered help. But maybe I won't have to go thru the agony of trying to contact someone at AOL. My post asking for help didn't have all those extra add-ons. Now if this one doesn't have them, I fixed the problem, and if so I wish I knew what did it!. If not, I'll go the "contact AOL" route. Jack Thomas
