For the past 3-4 years, on the first Sunday of each month, Pat Cooke drives
from New Orleans (three hour drive) to play the brunch with Don's band in
Pensacola at Rosie O'Grady's.
Last Sunday after the brunch, we had a surprise party for Pat to celebrate
his 75th birthday which is acutally on August 7.  More than being an
outstanding bass player, he's a dear friend and we wish him many happy
returns.
