<div>Hi, Jean-Marc,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>For a good number of years there was a San Francisco Bay Area band named "Big Money in Dixieland Band" led by the comedian Mal Sharpe on trombone. Not sure if it is still extant or if it lived up to its name!</div>
