It is true anatomically that you can breathe better standing up and at church, for instance, I stand all the time when I play. But, my knees make it less enjoyable and less comfortable. And, sitting while practicing, can push you to develop more air support. So, of course, it’s certainly possible to do a great performance while sitting. <br>

I was interested to hear the comments about Happy because both of my concert community bands have a good arrangement of it and I enjoy and embellish it a bit. <br>
