The City <br class="">Council wanted to raise more money, so they extended to cut-off time from 5 <br class="">PM to 7 PM. What they did not do was make provisions for reduced charges for <br class="">people who work in the tourist service industry downtown. And public <br class="">transportation, which used to be excellent, is now a bad joke.
