The Riverwalk area has been very popular. The spot occupied by the Landing in the Hyatt has been tough to fill with something that draws the crowd. It was on the river level, not exactly the basement! I was lucky to see them there a few times. It was a pity it closed. I understand there was some disagreement over economics involved, somebody getting too much and somebody not enough, or something like that.
