  I wonder if "Steve Barbone" really exists? His posts are quite 
"fantastical."

Not only does he exist, and the many other fine musicians in the area.  It doesn't matter who's in the band an any given day, the sound is still fantastic.  I've seen Barbone Street Band live about five times, and no two times have the musicians in the band been the same.  The music the band puts out doesn't suffer in the least, no matter who's in the band on any given performance, it's still great.
