As a veteran of every jubilee since the first, I join you in your appreciation of Bill Borcher's contribution to the Sacramento Jazz scene. Many of the features of most west coast jazz festivals are copies of Borcher innovations; and best of all, he made sure that the musicians' needs and wants were well taken care of. He knew what he was doing; the present success of the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee is evidence of that.<BR>
