I had dinner with Bob, his wife, and Molly at a restaurant in Hollywood a number of years ago. As he was blind, he used his fingers to shove his food around. When he burned his finger on the very hot plate he said "there are some disadvantages to being blind"!  Yes, he was a very pleasant man, and between him and our friend from Israel, Marek, managed to keep things more active on the list. 

Never got to hear him on piano in person, though. Pity!

Good to see that folks have stuck around even though not much activity.

Just put together a version of Elvis' "I Can't Help Falling In Love", which was requested for the wedding we have in April. Nice song in 12/8 time. I've never seen a 5 bar bridge before, but it resolves nicely. We do "Are You Lonesome Tonight" all the time. Audiences love it.
