[Dixielandjazz] RIP Keith Nichols

Yes, devastating news.  Keith was indeed a multi-instrumentalist, 
although best known for his piano playing; and he was an incredibly 
talented arranger and transcriber of vintage jazz performances.  His 
death leaves a big hole in the "old style" jazz world.
