Hi Everyone,
      Below find the link to an important article about "The Ragtime
Kid" Brun Campbell that calls into question some of the tales he told
about his early years in ragtime at the turn of the century and
associations with Scott Joplin.

     We thank Ed Berlin and Larry Melton for encouraging us to print
this important work by Konrad Nowakowski, an Austrian researcher. The
full article ran in the November 2020 print issue, which some of you
may have already received.
