[Dixielandjazz] Peter Ecklund has died

This tribute to cornetist Peter Ecklund crossed me screen today.  If I had
heard about it earlier, I'd forgotten.  It's unlikely because Peter was a
special person for me.  He attended some Pensacola Jazz Party events and I'd
seen him at other jazz events around the country.  And, as the article
mentions, he was cornetist for the PBS Civil War series.
