According to the announcer, the clarinet player in this 1975 Jimmy McPartland clip is Russ Musseri; according to the personnel listed, it's Jack Maheu.

I saw Jack Maheu in 1980, and he looked much younger than the clarinet player in the clip.  I have never seen Musseri.

Could any of you provide a final identification?

Even if not, it's well worth hearing if you like traditional jazz!
