[Dixielandjazz] Dixielandjazz Digest - BIAB Files

Hello All,

I am trying to find a source of Traditional Jazz - Band In A Box files. John P. Birchall (The Meister) ran a Great website which was heavily involved with teaching the history and methods of Traditional Jazz. I haven’t been able to contact him recently. I believe Charlie Hull may also have some BIAB files, but I don’t know how to contact him.

I am looking for two files: The Green Leaves of Summer (reference Kenny Ball) and also Samantha. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
