[Dixielandjazz] Yellow Rose Of Texas (was Sheet music sources)

Here's a different sort of point. Much of Emily Dickinson's poetry can be sung to the tune of "The Yellow Rose of Texas." It ruins the poem, but it's fun.

Because I could not stop for Death —
He kindly stopped for me —
The Carriage held but just Ourselves —
And Immortality.

We slowly drove — He knew no haste[5]
And I had put away
My labor and my leisure too,
For His Civility…
