In the USA, new music enters the Public Domain each year, 95 years after the
original copyright, (There are a few exceptions, but very few.)

Music copyrighted in 1923 entered the Public Domain on January 1. 2019.

Music copyrighted in 1924 entered the Public Domain on January 1. 2020.

Music copyrighted in 1925 will enter the Public Domain on January 1. 2021.

And so on and so forth.
