[Dixielandjazz] Song "Bill Russell"?

Folks--
    My violin/fiddle-playing friend Keenan Christensen Fletcher is trying to find out more about a song she thinks is called "Bill Russell". Here's what she posted in Facebook:

After some research, I found out Bill Russel waa a Violinist during the 20's, and had one of the largest collections of Dixieland music, which was displayed in a museum in New Orleans.. I learned this tune from an old Texas Fiddler, who learned it as a child. No one knows the real name.....just a song known as the Bill Russell tune. One of my absolute favorites."
