[Dixielandjazz] Pronunciation

I spoke to Frank several times towards the end of his life. His name is
pronounced "Aye-sola". We did an hour-long radio programme together,
although he was quite shy. He declined to come to Europe with Spike
Robinson an d John Williams because he thought his drum work wasn't good
enough any more.
He was wrong.
