Hi Charlie,

Thanks for getting in touch. Do you have a scanner? If so why not just 
scan it and email it to me at the above address? Quicker and cheaper - 
what's not to like?

Incidentally Marek mailed me to say the artice was written by Roger 
Craik, not Clark. Now I do know Roger Craik: he's a drummer from 
Edinburgh, although I don't think he's still playing.
