            Christopher Cook, 84. 

   

2) Where are you?

              Meilen, nr. Zurich, Switzerland. 



3) Musician?

              Clarinet - but now I only play for myself. I spend a lot of time studying long dead clarinet players.



4) When did you join this august list?

              Some while back.
